The Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) of Ukraine organized examinations of military commissariats’ activities on holding the military conscription and partial mobilization.

Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Anatoliy Matios told a briefing at Ukrinform.

“The relevant examination is a response of prosecutor bodies for numerous facts of violation of the law by officials of military commissariats,” he said.

In particular, according to the Deputy Prosecutor General, the issues to be examined are those of activities of military commissariats during the military conscription over a special period, legality of using the funds for holding the conscription, availability of the facts of the illegal use of data bases of military commissariats for conscription to illegal military formations that encroach on the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
